My ceramic works are hand-built in the form of various objects of memory - towers, funerary monuments and fossilized creatures that simultaneously infest, disintegrate and reform at the cellular level. By creating collections of impossible or fictional monuments and artifacts, imbued with elements of myth and minor history, I suggest the materiality and non-linearity of the past.”
