About Rebecca Rose
Rebecca Rose is an award-winning collage artist working in sculptural collage as art jewelry and digital collage as NFT holograms. She has been a resident artist at OxBow, and her work has been featured on PBS and collected by notable public figures. Rose has received some of the largest grants available to artists involved in the applied arts and prominent scholarships designed for craftspeople in her field. She was recently featured working in her home studio in Yo-Yo Ma's video, “Bach: Cello Suite in G Major,” and was invited to create four new works to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11th Moon Landing.
Since the pandemic, Rebecca Rose has incorporated NFTs into her art practice. Her work received grants co-sponsored by the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, Andy Warhol Foundation, Joan Mitchell Foundation, Andrew Mellon Foundation, Ford Foundation, and Bloomberg Philanthropic. She curated over 25 NFT exhibitions and in the metaverse, spoke at NFT.NYC, NFTBZL, ASMPNY, and exhibited at The Whitney Museum of Art, Art Basel Miami Beach and Museum fur Kunst und Gewerbe. Rebecca is a digital collage and hologram artist on SuperRare, mints on 9 different NFT platforms across 3 blockchains, and regularly onboards new artists, gallerists, and collectors into web3.
