As an artist, I am heavily influenced by my background in both architecture and the sciences. My artistic practice plays out quite like that of the scientific process, exploring concepts in a sequential and controlled manner as to limit the variables and gain a deep understanding of the mediums I work with. I am interested in the relationship between the hand (mankind’s second greatest tool) and the resultant physical manipulation of material in space.”
